Our Kidzone program includes a range of fun, interactive and safe environments for children from baby years to Grade six in age appropriate groups. Sessions run every Sunday of term time, as part of our second service at 10.30am.
Our Kidzone kids join us in the main auditorium for the start of our service, and are released to their programs with their leaders at approximately 10:40am. We use the creative and engaging Orange curriculum that children love to be a part of, starting with a Bible story, and moving into small groups to explore the story, and how it makes a difference in our lives, relationships and community. Over a four year period, we look at all of the main Bible narratives together- it’s a wonderful way of exploring the ‘big picture’ story of God’s relationship with people through scripture.
As part of our commitment to safety, children need to be checked in at our Kidzone registration desk by their parent or adult caregiver between 10am and 10:30am, with secure check out cards used at pick up time for our younger groups (Li’l Rockets, Rockets and Stars). All our volunteers and leaders are trained and hold current Working with Children Checks.
There is a quiet and comfortable Parents’ Room available at the rear of our auditorium for you to use to feed or settle little ones during service also.
